La jueza de Guerrero que libró la orden de aprehensión contra Héctor “El Güero” Palma Salazar por homicidio calificado, dictó auto de libertad debido a que el delito prescribió.
Esto fue informado por el abogado José Gabriel Hernández Rodríguez quien informó está en espera a que sea notificado y le otorguen la boleta de libertad en el penal de máxima seguridad del Altiplano.
